A Kafka trap is a fallacy where if someone denies being x it is taken as evidence that the person is x since someone who is x would deny being x. Wrong again. You basically said "if you're offended you must be X." It is the same thing. By your logic, he's not allowed to disagree with you or else he's part of the group that proves your point. You clearly just read about it today if you can't recognize it for what it is. Nice try though, mate.

It's pretty awful that there would even be consequences for a father seeking fair treatment. She broke the terms of their legally binding agreement, and she should be held accountable. Unfortunately, people are shitty and the system is sexist and broken so it usually doesn't pan out that way.

Someone else said it but I'm going to echo it because this defense comes up a lot. Failing to prove that someone is guilty is NOT THE SAME as you being proven to be lying about it. There is a HUGE difference. You won't get slammed for false accusations unless it's actually proven your accusations were false.
