1	Nootropics make the red pill easier to swallow I've found racetams to vastly improve my sleep; taking ~100mg of phenylpiracitam before bed means that I only have to sleep 6 hours to feel like I've slept for 10. 1	Nootropics make the red pill easier to swallow Google is your friend, you won't find it in your grocery store and I don't even know if it can be prescribed but in pretty sure it's legal everywhere (again, google is your friend).
