When i was in the army, I had a coworker who met up with a guy, took him home, they start getting frisky, she decides she's done, asks him to stop and leave, he stops and leaves, then she reported him for rape. Because we worked together, and she brought all the drama to work, the entire department had to go through sworn statements and shit. It was ridiculous.

Very Long hours in hot miserable conditions on your feet and it gets super mentally draining to try and remember all the tickets and what stage of readiness each dish is in, what's needed next, how long for the chicken, how long for the sauce, etc., and God help you if you get in the weeds and behind on orders. No, it's not. But that's not the point. The point is that it is easier to find for dedicated women's health resources than is is for dedicated men's health resources. Is it great that dedicated resources exist? Yes. Should they be just as easy to find for both genders? Also yes. The fact that this concept eludes you, when you seem so apt at Inquiry and research, is baffling.

standard guys attire is Down here in good 'ol Texas, where temps in spring are often in the 90s+ (this year being the exception so far), my daughter in middle school can wear skirts or dresses, but the boys can only wear pants; no shorts allowed. Are shorts not standard attire for children?

You need the informed consent of the legal guardian. If circumcision is performed on an adult, you absolutely need their consent. An infant cannot consent for themselves, for anything, thus ethical standards stipulate that the parents must consent. Same if the infant needed open heart surgery - the infant cannot consent, so consent is obtained from the parents.

I always counseled my troops that their money was theirs first. I worked at the burn center when he was there. Talk about an entire unit getting destroyed by news - we all thought he made it, was the poster child for surviving horrible injuries. Comes in for a simple procedure and BOOM - dead.
