As I hinted, he had some other issues as well. But he definitely felt superior to everyone, all the time. One of those colleagues where you say “thank god” when they finally take another position. Funny story, he got fired for showing up drunk at his next job shortly after starting. He called me up and I told him that’s too bad, but you ain’t my problem anymore and hung up.

I had a colleague who was obsessed with height. It infuriated him I was his supervisor and being shorter than him. The fact I was better at my job, had more experience, and wasn’t addicted to cocaine or meth, was irrelevant to him. He should have been CEO cause he was tall!
