Weed is legal in Canada - I've smoked my fair share of green over the years, but it makes me feel unmotivated and like I am wasting my time. Best of luck in your endeavours!

I do this now. I shave at night and enjoy that time. It's me time for sure. Plus id rather not rush it and enjoy the artisan soaps. Really fun ritual now.

technically thats not true - sweating does not correlate with progress in the gym. What if some people don't really sweat? If they work hard lifting weights, barely sweat...do they not achieve gains?

I deleted instagram. It was one of the best decisions I ever had in regards to social media. I found it was the worst platform for vanity and making me feel like shit when viewing everyone else's lives; way worse than Facebook.

Serious question, I am a young dad who has 2 boys who will within the next 5-8 years enter teenage manhood; how in the fuck do I subscribe them on a TRP mentality about girls intentions (like you mentioned above) without totally crushing them, or having it appear totally defeatist, etc. I never had a father figure in my life tell me any of this stuff when I was a teenager, so this is new to me - as it likely is for all parents regardless!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
