| 3 | Do not let this be you!I've noticed that I only have this problem when I care a lot about the outcome of the interaction. I think it is all about your mindset. For example, if you are worried about what you have to say next then you will be so focused on it that you won't be able to think of anything except "what do I say next?", but if you just don't care and don't freak out if there is a long pause, then something will come to you and you can talk about it.
