The reduction in HIV transmission via circumcision alone is insignificant compared to a condom and the benefits do not stack very well. HPV can cause cervical cancer. Flushing condoms down the toilet shouldn't be required, besides which it's just not a good idea to flush them down. I remember thiis one time a condom was flushed and got caught on a jag in the pipe. Later a tampon was flushed down and got caught in it and swelled up to ridiculous size. A plumber was required to unclog the pipe.

Yup. The times might need to be adjusted slightly. Maybe set them differently depending on which sort student/teacher relationship we're talking about? Longest times for primary/elementary school teachers, average times for secondary, shortest times for tertiary? No one can be one-hundred percent certain as to why since, for obvious reasons, Google's code is kept under wraps. This sort of mistake is hardly out of the ordinary for an algorithm, especially one where it needs to run quickly as well as accurately. One thing I will say is, there are a lot of frightfully popular memes, videos that have gone viral, etc., out there where the parts of its name are considered misspelt in any other context.
