Idk what it is, but you seem like a cool guy. Anyway, you know all you need to know already. There's plenty of fish in the sea... As for her, just let her come to her senses or let her go (basically do nothing). Be cool, be normal, don't change how you act around her. You're fine, she's the one being weird.

You think it is others that bother you. But, really, it's your own mind. Meditate more... a lot more.

N O T H I N G beats meditation. To put it simply, meditation puts you up against your worst enemy: yourself.

Work in an amusement park or something similar where your good looks are an asset. I'm a good looking, young guy (18)... same situation as far as co-workers go, BUT I'm loved by my bosses because I have to dress up as a cowboy for work (I know) and tourists take pictures with me all the time. After that it's really easy to sell them tickets to whatever. I used to work at Target and sold red cards like a mf because I am good looking. In other words, don't waste your good looks. Work in a place wh…

My advice to you is: 1) Drop your need to understand meditation conceptually, this need is completely unnecessary and will probably create small obstacles for you in the long run (for example, you may obsessively try to compare your results to your theoretical understanding to what "should" be happening). 2) Find a technique and stick to it. It is likely that you will feel like you're just wasting time for a LONG time. The first step in meditation is to build the habit. Don't give up. The end re…

Nope. Keep meditating. I'm not saying don't take advice. I'm saying: meditate like you were born to meditate.

Enlightenment. Transcend human psychology. Not the woo woo shit. These fuckers get root canal procedures done without anesthesia and enjoy it the whole time (but they enjoy everything).

This is true. I am the new guy at work. All my co workers talk about is workplace drama, at-home drama, life drama... just bullshit in general. The average person REALLY is a fucking mouth breather

How did you cultivate this way of responding to things in the way that you do? Are you self-amusing 100% of the time? Are you purposively Narcissistic? Is this just online for the TRP reputation or are you exactly this way in person as well? Were there specific steps you took to get here? And is this all genuine?

Leagues don't exit. No one is better or worse than anyone else. It's all in your head. But I understand where you're coming from. Even without all the juicy TRP knowledge, most guys could use a little going "out of their league". You'll be surprised with what's actually "in your league". Just go for it. My experience is this: I consider myself to be in the 85th percentile of male SMV AT LEAST. I get shit tested a lot just for being attractive by hot girls. Anyway, I was also conditioned to think…

You are not responsible for how the night goes. You are not responsible for her having fun. You are only responsible for making things fun for YOURSELF. Ask yourself, when in doubt, "how will I make this fun for myself?"

Connect with everyone, because you never know when someone will come in handy. How do you connect with women? Game. No need to f-close. Just game and befriend them.

After weight lifting so you don't sacrifice blood glucose levels. And/or on your off days (when you're not lifting). Run with proper form. In any case, do HIIT.

Are the soothing effects of L-theanine on low-T individuals a cause-and-effect thing? Cuz my mind does some bullshit that theanine does NOTHING for, but I'm a high-T guy. I used to (and still occasionally) worry that I have low-T, but, while I haven't gotten the blood work done (yet,) I would be handily surprised if I am not normal-to-high in T.

I had a fucking epic of a dream last night, and I don't remember it being interrupted. I did have to get up later, though. I assumed R.E.M. cycles were the important ones. Thanks for the info.

Rape yourself with meditation. Forget about EVERYTHING else and just sit your ass down for at least a (lump-sum) hour a day and meditate. Meditate your balls off for a month. Increase the time. Keep going. Then exercise your balls off on top of meditating your balls off. Do this until you have a 6 pack. I used to be a cynical poor bastard. Today an HB 8 flirted with ME. And that's only today.

Being introverted is dope as shit. With the right social skills you'll have people begging to get into your "inner world". What you should aim to do is develop the skill and experience required to be able to talk to anyone about anything, comfortably. Then just keep not saying shit. This is essentially what the "hard, silent" type is. Just a dude that's got his own shit to do but isn't afraid to speak is mind or say whateve the fuck he wants. And as a result he makes all that HB pussy wet 👅👅

Yeah man. Childhood neglect is a bitch. Just meditate it away. You'll love yourself enough soon. I don't personally think therapy is necessary.

It certainly has helped. I'm now aware of many issues that I have. I can tell when I'm caught in a certain thoughtloop. I understand now, better than ever, that frame is important as shit.
