Based off of the information given in the article and the video, I don't agree that what she did should be considered rape or that she should have any sex offender status. I read the article, I watched the video and I've come to the conclusion that this particular case is actually retarded. There's no statement that leads me to believe that the person this woman had sex with was a minor or felt forced into these acts at all. If it's against the employers policy, fuck it, fire her.
