It isn't a double standard if when feminism subs get posted there are no flame wars or mass reportings. Everytime something from mr gets posted it ends up being wall to wall flame wars. Like I said the mods aren't getting paid so if they don't want to spend time cleaning up those flame mr/srs flamewars in addition to running one of the largest subs it is their prerogative.

I would call the guy a dick, but I would not advocate the use of violence against him. Same here. Just because someone is morally wrong does not mean they should be physically punished. My point is if they took 2 seconds to think, they'd realize that 25% difference for the same work just can't be true... period. The my whole spiel still applies. And productivity isn't the major factor which makes up the 25%... the major factor is difference in job choice. That's my point, women(as a whole) go into less productive jobs. When you are making a new and unpopular argument(which this most certainly is) the onus is on you to make your points clear, concise, and tactful.
