I lost 40 lbs in less than 6 moths or so on Atkins, so I would definitely suggest it to you who want to lose weight. Ironically, I followed the plan rather loosely and exercised little to not at all (which has changed since TRP). Imagine the results you would get if you followed it a little bit stricter and exercised more.

Seriously you guys are my fav people ecellent point I have not grown out of my beta ways as you can see. I cant expect myself to shift paradigms in a day. But this is getting me there. This is what I need. Thanks.

Those two articles make a solid point that I never considered so I'm glad I could read those. If I may embellish the details of this girl, she's got a whole attitude of "you don't ever tell me what to do or I'll bite your head off." Typical sass crap. She's got s tests written all over her, had them from the start I just hadnt known to look for them yet. So what should I do then? To master amused mastery? Does that really mean I should not text back or feel amused and do it anyway half heartedly…

Crap dude alpha af. I never thought I would ever say that but holy balls. I see you have experience with this. I believe you. But hear me out for a second. How does she adjust to you not texting her? Wouldnt not texting unsettle her and question her security with you? Does this not ruin things? I understand that make her question that very security is in a sense a goal but why?
