Can the male victim then bring her to court for restitution or to accuse her of purgery, lying under oath, and all the personal damage he has faced (lost income, etc) and either have her sent to jail or have her be forced to repay him? I feel like this would be fair.

No, happened exactly like that. My wife was best friends with this girl, she was very upset I upset her friend and her friend's sister so much but I wasn't willing to let them do something stupid to a newborn baby.

I had a friend who going to circumcise her son, this was a few years back, because "she was raised Christian". Her sister, who was crazy religious and who was also at the hospital, was going on and on about how necessary it is. How it is cleaner, how the Bible explains it as necessary. I, who was raised Christian as well, but am now atheist, finally stepped in. I explained how it is no longer a medical benefit, modern antibiotics are great, but very few people have a problem, it isn't difficult …
