You can use a face scrub, which is the easiest way to start. The small particles in the gel/cream will remove old skin cells. You can also go for a chemical exfoliators like acids, but you need to do some homework.

Usually you do one AM and one PM every day, exfoliating twice a week. The simplest routine is cleanser, moisturiser and sun screen, in that order. If you have skin problems then you can include other products as well.

It's an automated ban, I got one despite being vocally anti-incel. It's perfectly fine to criticise both men and women, but more often than not you see the incel posts. Like it or not this sub has a large incel base which regularly upvotes "women bad" posts.
