I hurt my back at the beginning of the year (slipped on some stone stairs in the rain in the jungle while traveling and broke a rib + messed up the muscles under my scapula) and took a break to let it heal. It never healed until I went back to lifting, though I would definitely recommend you slowly work your way up. I started out at maybe half what I could do before the injury and even specifically worked those muscles with lighter weight to get them back in shape. Within a month my back was fin…

Clearly you still live in the US, where the government limits your ability to be a man. If you really want to reach your full potential, best to find a new country where they still embrace manhood. If you choose to stay, no warnings or second chances should be in the cards. One speck of violence and you should be moving on, even though women are craving for you to take charge of them physically.

No need to hit back, just do a takedown and some kind of hold. Generally it very quickly reinforces "I'm bigger than you, stronger than you, and still very much in control of myself--and you". Any time violence entered the equation that was my go-to, and I've never had it not work. You might have to hold her for a minute or more, but she will calm down eventually. After that, plan to never see her again. You've likely just discovered crazy.

Except...she broke up with him over money.

Commitment can create passion and intimacy, but with the ease of divorce, people don't actually look at marriage as a commitment anymore, so most don't realize this. I too would argue that the state shouldn't be involved in marriage (let it stay a religious thing), but I understand that many other changes would have to take place to make that a viable situation culturally (since marriage is primarily about children).

Why is it that you equate "relaxed" with not being alpha? If that's the case, it means you're still stuck as a poser. If it's truly internalized, it's your default state. Your default reaction. You don't have to try harder to be like that, you just are. That's where each of us should want to be anyway, but it's particularly important if you want to be married. It's not like your goal is to get to 40, stop lifting, get fat, and go out drinking every night trying to score with some post-wall hag, …

All that about your mother matters much less than your father and how he approached things. If she's nagging, he's clearly failing at living red pill in his marriage.

For sure there is a lot of masculine energy in a real Alpha female (not the bitchy kind that just think they are alpha). From what I see, though, it doesn't negate the feminine at all, it just needs stronger masculine energy to pull it out. The more masculine you are, the stronger girl you can pull it out of. The stronger your girl, the stronger your team. Do it well enough, and no matter how strong she thought she was there won't ever be any question of who is leading and who is following in yo…

My wife and I mostly fit your "boss couple" definition. She was always the one leading, planning things, making things happen, and generally taking charge. She hated the thought of submitting to a man, because she didn't see any she felt were superior to herself. Then she met me. A lifetime of living as an alpha woman coupled with a lifetime of ingesting feminist propaganda means that we had our share of clashes and she shit-tested the hell out of me, but as I passed all the tests she came to a …

To me, the next level leaves behind any thoughts of termination. If you still need the threat of walking, you haven't hit master level yet. There are ways to keep a woman in line and begging for more even after the option to walk has been taken off the table. This is the stuff I want to talk about. I know some methods, but I'm sure some masters know many more.

Any idea where I can find a collection if some of those discussions? I was living pretty rp before I ever discovered the movement and thus missed out on stuff more than maybe 6 months old. I really wish we could push for advanced level discussions more effectively because I feel right now everybody is aiming too low and missing some key stuff.

The fact that so many here cannot even discuss the concept of marriage shows how far a lot of us have to go. My experience matches what several comments have pointed out--to maintain frame in a marriage is the most Alpha of all. It means you can do the same job without your trump card. If you can do that she isn't going to walk and take the kids. LTRs are pretty advanced, but marriage takes next level skills. I have discovered some of these on my own, but I would love some advice from the master…
