actually it's not sleep paralysis. I researched on my problem and I think it's a case of pseudo-insomnia aka Sleep State Misconception. I do not experience terrifying nightmares while unable to move my body, which is what I've read sleep paralysis looks like. It's more of a dreaming-like state, only no sleep.
