I eat a big meal at 11 AM , then work from 12-9 PM, then I go to the gym and drink a protein shake and go to sleep and repeat it the next day. I’m use to it now and I rarely get cravings

It really is. Of course it’s not magical either , you need a semi healthy diet and consistent working out, but cool sculpting is like a HUGE boost. It was 1,200 for the 2 sessions and I have no regrets at all

It’s a machine that grabs the area you are Interested in shaping up and compresses it in freezing temperatures for about an hour and permanently removes fat cells.
