the plan was to build more rapport before i went in for the k-close/#-close. When we left the bar, i fully expected my friend to contact them and invite over to the new place. Instead, i never saw them again.

to give it more detail...we were fairly close to each other (we were not grinding) but close enough to where if i leaned in, i could of been a k-close. She rarely talked to me, unless i spoke directly to her and most of the IOI's i had that night was from her friend, HB8.

thanks for the advice. i will keep chugging away. i already got somethings i will try to work on next time: more eye contact, be funnier by adding more jokes or adding a new spin into things and to not use that nervous line again haha. oh man
