| 1 | Progress, but still lost. Any advice?Hey man, I'm 20, was in the same boat that you were in a couple of years ago. Some things that helped me out with anxiety. Meditate and quit porn. Jack off once a week only. It is a skill, just like basketball or knitting. It takes constant practice for you to get good at, approaching should be done everyday, put the time in for practice, and you'll see that it becomes so much easier (and insanely exciting at the opportunities that can occur from it).
