The comment had nothing to do with hours put in. It’s productivity while at work. Let us know if there’s some evidence that shows that women are on their smartphones all day and less productive than men. In my (corner of the world) experience, the women in finance are very hard working.

Ya, its important to have fair judgment and not swing the other way (I.e. having a gender bias in favor of men). 5 minutes of google will tell you HW is garbage, and plenty of other men fall into that category. That said, I completely agree that society reserves judgement for women and tends to assume the worst of men. Depends on the situation of course...
