I don't understand why that matters? Like....Good for them...We have to call out bs when we see it like we do in this sub. Actually not really. I mean 2nd point. One found out and told the other two. Happens with bros when a bro found out that his girl is dating another person. Or when two married couples cheat. Their partners inform each other. Becoming friends wouldn't be outside of the picture as much as you think. If anything they will get together to spite him. Does that mean I think it is not fake? I doubt it is real but it is possible imo.

Wdym how was the young man cheating? He was romantically involved with other girls. Last time to my knowledge we were bashing women for having too many "options" when dating men at the same time.
