3	How to handle LTR f*ck up and maintain frame. I mean, what I usually do is bring it up in a rational, but very stern way - I always play the alpha male role in relationships - I make all the decisions. I will listen to their input, but I always handle everything, albeit very calmly and masculine - never emotional. What I would do, is just accept the apology and explain to her in a short sweet sentence that this shouldn't happen again.
