I'm not sure how this is a Men's rights issue. A single crazy woman demanding 83-250% of her husband's wealth in a divorce settlement is hardly an indicator of anything other than this particular woman's temperament. I've volunteered working in advocacy in both a male and female prisons and in neither case were accusations of rape ever taken seriously. The major difference was that in the female prison it was the guards who were mostly raping the prisoners and in the male prison it was fellow prisoners. There were stories in the male prison of male prisoners being raped by female guards, but as you might imagine those cases weren't given a moments thought. It's the same reason why ugly girls don't get paid to be models. Private enterprises are actually allowed to discriminate however they want if that discrimination is an intrinsic part of their business. Nobody is going to pay a man to model tampons either, but you don't see many people claiming that's an issue of "rights." Also, blue-yoshi is correct in his assessment.
