Wow I didn't even think about it there is actually alot I can do. I thought like a person like myself with no influence can't do anything so I just gave up. Thank you far making me realize. Do to covid lockdown in my country I will not be leaving the house so will organise something online in my community itself

I have been reminding people I know about it posted multiple stories and post maybe will make a few memes to gain awareness. This I have already done my part and will not stop. But the bigger problem is that no one really cares about our mental health at all and there is only so much I can do.
