As far as not having the energy at the gym. Try going in and lifting as heavy as you can for like 45 minutes. Fast and effective. Hugh Jackman is an actor and can afford to spend hours in the gym every day to create a wolverine body. But really dude just shoot for 45 minutes of heavy lifting everyday that wont be too much after work and you will feel way better.

I don't know if thats a great example. A lot of chicks cry over the dumbest shit. Dated a girl for a while who ended up cheating on me and confessed a few days later. Honestly never liked alot of Kevin Harts material.
