He sort of does make sense. The area I live in has a lot of wealthy muslim families. They are sort of progressive when compared to other muslims. It has as much to do with culture as it does with religion.

Yes, I lift atleast 5 times a week for 30-40 minutes. I take quite short breaks in between sets and exercises. I started learning the guitar because I didn't have any hobbies, but yeah Apart from that I dont do much.
