That’s very true. You don’t NEED therapists for anything. And brother, you are already on your path if you are on this sub. Some of these people you can trust to talk to. Mental health isn’t about “feeling safe”, it’s about what makes you better at what you already do. That could include anything like going to the gym or volunteering or starting walks in nature or working more on your hobbies. MGTOW is a way to improve mental health in of itself. You are already on one of the best paths.

It sounds like she’s abusing you but you might want to get legit help if you can. Try posting for help in other subs dedicated to getting out of abusive relationships or contact people in your city who can help like the authorities. I’m afraid I can’t give you the best advice but if you really feel stuck, you might want to just leave as fast as you can. Take my advice with caution though, I don’t know too much.

If you read the comments of humansofny, you can see how truly fucked up people are. A woman can have a shitty story and all she will have is support because "she's strong and independent" but if a man reveals his story no matter how sane, they always want "to know the other side". Yet, we should "believe all women" and disregard men.... Hmmmmm

Do you have a source for this? (Multiple sources preferred). I would want to know research methods and exclusion and etc. To combat any claims of "this is flawed research". I instantly noticed that there was no comparing in terms of specific jobs and what tax benefits women received. I also noticed this was specifically for New Zealand and was wondering if there were similar graphs for the U.S. The Best way to fight dumb arguments is through information!
