I HAVE aramidex on hand, some weeks i'll take 1/4 of a pill per week. My bloods had my estrogen a little high but still in reference range. When you're only taking 100ish test enanthate a week you shouldn't need an AI.

Get tested. I would have guessed I had decent testosterone. I went for fertility stuff and they measured my test/sperm count as we couldn't get pregnant. My testosterone was super low but my sperm count was through the roof so they didn't care at all. I also still had a very good sex drive and erections were fine. I was diagnosed with low T. Around 150-200 in the 3 tests I took. My doctor didn't want to give me Testosterone though because my sex drive and ed were both fine. It's the visual gains and strength gains and I do it for myself. Going anywhere and having every woman give you that first and then second look is intoxicating. Also almost always being the biggest/strongest/best in shape guy in the room feels great as well. My wife just recently admitted I'm now much better looking than she is and she's struggling to keep up.
