If someone says they were raped and they didn't report it to the police, they weren't raped.

I agree with you, but testimony is the most significant problem. It represents a wildly disproportionate amount of power women have over men, and on a larger level, power held by accusers over the accused. Until it is eliminated, all rape convictions without hard evidence are unjust. "Ambiguity" is in most cases solvable. Being under the influence of alcohol does not free a person from culpability for their actions. Societal decline goes hand-in-hand with the government freeing people from seein…

27 per 100,000 in the US, that's 3% of crime. Yes, rare.

The real solution is the prohibition of witness testimony. Verbal accounts of crimes are not and cannot be evidence because they are intrinsically unfalsifiable. This could easily be considered an extension of the Daubert Standard, so testimony should be prohibited at least until such time that a lie detector exists that is in excess of 99% accurate. If there is no physical evidence- no biological material, no video or audio recordings, no pictures, no tangible accounts by the accused- there is …

"Black People Twitter" is a subreddit where sad young white men think it's hilarious to try to sound black. Par for the course for the members of this site, actually.

The author of that post quotes an exceptional essay by The Last Psychiatrist titled "No Self-Respecting Woman Would Go Out Without Make Up." If you haven't already read it, you should. https://archive.is/vjTmt

This is a poor analogy. Bees work; the flowers, as structures of a plant, look and smell as they do for the sake of reproduction. Bees pollinate many plants; the single plant can only bear fruit when pollinated. The bee has purposes to its hive aside from pollination, the flower is only fulfilled when it has been pollinated. And on, and on- except bees are anatomically though not functionally female, that part is correct.

Nuclear Family > Two Fathers, if at least one father is adequately fulfilling the masculine needs of his children, otherwise > Single Father > Single Mother/Two Mothers, unless at least one mother understands and is assisting in the fulfillment of a masculine figure in the lives of her children (such as involving them in sports with strong male role models and encouraging them to express their masculinity.) No study indicating same-sex parents are less effective than the nuclear family could exi…

The state is absolutely accountable for not merely the usage of fraudulent verbal testimony but any verbal testimony and we are collectively obligated to fight this chronic miscarriage of justice. Verbal and written testimony is insane. In allowing one individual to wield an unearned and massive power inequity over another individual the entire justice system is indicted. The most important characteristic of forensic evidence must be falsifiability: if testimony cannot be tested to be false then…

I read through the submission as well as the Author's subsequent comments. It is clear that his only desire in making his original submission in bluepill and posting it again in purplepilldebate is for the sake of appearances. He gives an accurate summary of the main principles of TRP but then offers no counter-point or refutation. He categorically describes TRP members as "counter-culture, emasculated and overcompensating." Nowhere does he refute the core criticisms of what modern society has d…

I made it explicitly clear that I don't believe being a sociopath or a Nazi is sufficient on its own to discredit scientific research. His scientific ethics violations are sufficient to discredit his work. If Kinsey, as has been asserted, researched by starting from conclusions (conclusions like orgasm = satisfaction which are astoundingly obvious to be incorrect today) and proceeded to tailor his studies to support his conclusions, that is an indict that blackens Kinsey's entire body of work. A…

Your particular use of Kinsey Institute researching isn't problematic, but the 20th century-onward thoughts in human sexuality, specifically sexual fluidity, are heavily if not entirely rooted in Kinsey's research. Fraudulent (if it is) research being used as justification for human promiscuity is obviously an issue.

Regarding Dr. Kinsey; A small group of academics, most notable among them being Judith Reisman, have written much on his work. Reisman has levied allegations of pedophilia, either outright engaged in by Kinsey, or by associates at his direction. There has also been evidence of correspondence between at least one Nazi doctor, Fritz von Balluseck, and Kinsey. That said, as long as the scientific method is rigidly followed, science is science, even when carried about by sociopaths. But Kinsey did n…

You misunderstand. The term "harassment" is one among many appropriated by neofeminism. In their appropriation, harassment is used as (and is encouraged to be used in this manner) a catch-all. Any behavior exhibited toward a woman from a man or men that the woman finds undesirable may be categorized as "harassment." The issue Žižek highlights is a common one. Language often is exploited to create such shortcuts in speech and thus thought as part of the edifices of control. The traditional defini…

The casual hashtag user may from their sharing gain certain positive emotions. The feelings of righteousness, the thought of having gained assertiveness and confidence, all of these are enticing. To engage in an activity which will necessarily draw attention, but as the result of perceived altruistic righteous (and implicitly popular) duty, is attractive across all ages, genders, political lines and religious beliefs. Regarding the motives of those responsible for the creation of #YesAllWomen: I…
