5	how to improve at high school american football as a complete beginner? Study the game, understand the game, understand the scheme of the defense/offense, and understand that 90% of the time great technique will win over pure athleticism. Obviously you need to get bigger and stronger but that will happen. I played juco ball as a linebacker and can say with 100% confidence that there were people bigger, stronger, and faster but do you know why I was better?
