You ARE training her because she needs to be trained in order to be an acceptable LTR (very few women will be acceptable LTR material off the shelf). If she catches on to the fact that you are training her GOOD, you are the fucking prize and she needs to understand that she is going to have to work harder to keep you in her life. However ALL of this should be communicated non-verbally. By no means should you ever actually say what you are doing out loud, let her figure it out on her own. She wil…

That's crazy to think about but also great motivation for me to finally get in shape.

You're basically describing the more extreme areas of the MGTOW movement. Not something I recommend.

Stop blaming your dad and start blaming yourself. Stop making bullshit excuses. Stop comparing yourself to other guys. You are the only one in control of your life and destiny and not a single god damn person in the world gives a fuck whether you fail or succeed.

Burn this day into your memory forever, pull from it and draw from it in the future. This is who you are and were meant to be, everything else is just bad weather.

Dude, red flags all over the place. You need to abort, cease, and desist immediately.

Great post. Helps encapsulate and internalize that you are the prize and you are evaluating her to deem whether or not she is worthy to be a part of your life.

Focus on career and lifting. Buy The Rationale Male and read it. It has most of the information you'll find on the TRP subreddits organized in a thoughtful and easy to digest way. I'm finding that TRP is much easier to internalize by reading The Rational Male than it is by browsing subreddits a-la-carte.

It's your fucking birthright simply because you have a dick, and all girls exist to worship that dick. I think you're my new favorite TRP commenter. ♂

Any advice for someone who wants to start approaching but has no idea where to start? What kinds of environments are best for approaching girls?

I am so happy for you man, you sound like you've been on quite a journey and have emerged a better man, more in control of his life and his destiny. Bravo.

Too much aimless bullshit. The entire conversation should be you telling her you'll be somewhere (social event/gathering/bar/etc) at a certain time, and then telling her to meet you there (not asking). If she shows, game her, kino, etc. If she doesn't show: irrelevent, find another girl to game/kino. Outcome independence. If she doesn't show and doesn't reschedule she's not attracted to you and probably never will be. And further time you spend on her is a complete waste of your time and activel…

I know exactly what you mean, I'm so trained to pick up on the desires of others and to please others that my knee jerk reaction is to always ignore my own wants and desires, let alone speaking them and making them known to others. I've also been able to slowly unlearn this reflex of mine and be more comfortable stating what I want with the expectation of getting it.

Great post. Overcoming societal pressure and societal programming when interacting with others has been my biggest challenge by far when incorporating TRP in my life.

Great post, tough but positive. It's a hard lesson for a lot of us life long fatsos to hear, but an important one. I've been able to drop my BF by around 2-3% in the past year, but I have a long way to.

Yes please! I'm continuously amazed at how some men can turn women into giggling wide eyed idiots just by making a few teasing remarks. I would love to have that skill.

The anxiety will only go away with practice. I was a nervous wreck during my first interview (i was sweating so profusely the HR manager noticed it, called it out, and then opened the door to let some air in). Eventually I became suave and confident, and now most interviews lead to at least a second round, if not an offer. I used to get dry throat too when it dawned on me that it was perfectly acceptable to bring a bottle of Poland Spring in with me during the interview. It helped keep me cool a…
