IDGAF is a good rule, but nobody wants a heart- and passionless bastard.

No both is hard. You have either accept to be judged by the end of your life for all your actions and thpughts or you have to be comfortable with the thought of loosing your consciousness forever after death and not existing anymore and there is no true meaning in your whole life. Both choices are not easy accept.

Little bitch boy? How is forgiving this disgusting behavior an easy task? I agree that for non-catholics this seems completely retarded, but someone who is able to forgive things like that must have balls of steel. IDGAF in mastery mode. I am not talking about coming together again, only about the aspect of forgiving.

Just throwing in an idea: You could talk to your boss saying she has problems with her task and you are quite busy. "Could you help me to prioritize my tasks because I cant do two things at the same time?"

I think this comment is not visible anymore, but here is my answer anyways. When I was able to abstain, this achievement is always in the back of my head and it increased my confidence all the time. So it is not about testosterone, but the feeling of achievement. It may sound dumb, but I think that is the reason why it worked for me.

NoFap is the reason I found the red pill. After the 3-4 weeks, I was happier, more outgoing and had intense eye contact. I understand that NoFP is not for everyone, but for me it just worked.

Thank God you found your way here. Single Mom generally will have blue pill sons.

I have done SL5X5 for a couple months and I have done a lot more BWE. I am still a beginner because I wad weak my entire life. The only real reason to go the gym is squats and deadlifts. If you do 2 sets of pulls ups, dips (weighted if needed), push ups and inverted rows and some core work each day at home, you never need to go the gym for upper body. There is no acceptable way to train lower body strength, the only real option may be squatting a bag of sand. Thats my expierence at least.

I cant work properly if I dont have 8 hours of sleep. I am a STEM field student and I workout in addition to this. No chance for less then 8 hours of sleep average.

The only exception to this is a christian (religious) man who is not bluepill brainwashed by his church.

There is a major problem with journalism in general. Children of left parents are mich more likely to become journalist than parents of conservative parents. Thats why journalism will always be tending to the left. In addition to this, modern journalism often doesnt hide the writers opinion and it gets even worse.

This is absolutely true. The whole political spectrum has shifted several miles to the left and there is no true right party at this time if you exclude the extreme right party. So even if you are a bit right, you are not "normal".

Progressive overload is definintely possible too very high stages. I wont reach the point of one-arm-pushups and oa-pullup and pistol squats anytime soon. It is easier to add another plate to your lift than changing the exercise to achieve progressive overload, but as already said, its possible.

My behaviour changed absolutely. Im much more confident. Id actually say my mental progress is much better than my physical progress due to doing sports.

Yes thats the only problem i have so far. My easy leg gains are over, especially since I am coming from a running background. But since I am a complete beginner, my upper body has much room for development left. I plan to go to the university gym next semester so it wont be a problem.

Im surprised by your answers, because they are spot on. Not many have this much reflection. But I believe everybody can discover God if you want and if you are open to it.And then you dont follow any authority, you follow your true nature. And i have never seen this dictatorial church. The priests I know only give their answers when they are asked and even in church they dont speak as clear as they could (and often should). I dont know where this hate comes from.

There are the ten commandements, and the golden rule (aka common sense). This should be enough for 99% of your choices you have to make in youf life. In special cases, you can talk to a priest you can trust. There arent twelve and a half million rules because our god wants our freedom and not our enslavement. But these rules are not easy to follow at all times. I think God is almighty, eternal, omniscient, the biggest artist of all time. I think God is an actual, real, feeling person who loves u…

A catholic here.In my opinion your statement is not precise enough. Church is bluepill- true. The actual belief is bluepill-absolutely false. The redpill and catholic faith have much more in common than anyone would think.

"Being religious is a sheep"...... this statement is most likely false for western societies. If you are truly religious and not "I go to church every other month"-religious, you have to make an active choice. If you dont make this choice, you loose your faith during puberty.

From a catholic point of view you are right on the first glance. But if you digg deeper, you will recognized that Catholicsim isnt a feel-good-religion at all. At least not in its pure form.

STILL GOING! This is my trigger. I discovered the red pill two months ago because I couldnt stop fapping. I came over from NoFap (and deadbeadrooms mentioned your subreddit) and the naked truths which explainded here are so obvious if you have the courage to open your eyes. I may disagree with some points since I am a christian, but the essence of trp still stays strong. I managed to cut out video games,I started doing bodyweight exerices and I am constantly bulking up. Change one aspect of your…
