2	Seriously what are you waiting for? Get in the gym. Now. The engineering workflow for fat elimination is diet > lifting > cardio. If your diet is in check, and you're just doing, essentially, your base-building lifts (5x5, smolov, 5/3/1, madcow etc) you will see huge gains and definition; fat will literally melt off of you - there is not an inherent 'need' to go to a split. 3	Be Mindful of Your Appearance Tanning in general is bad for you, there's a reason why one has the complexion one has; genetics. Forcing your skin to become darker through tanning is damaging at a cellular level (read: cancer). It might not be a popular opinion here but tanning IS stupid, for men and women.
