i did a 2 week water diet and honestly it changed my life. Your body enters ketosis around the third day of no food and you start burning fat reserves to lose weight. People say it isnt safe, and it isnt if you arent overweight or are simply stupid about it. I lost 45 pounds in three weeks. I am currently in high school as a senior and attending a community college for my senior year for free. I have been taking all the "pre-med" courses such as bio, chem, physics, stats, and so on. Honestly go to a community college that is recognized by your states main university and transfer there. Your chances of getting a job in STEM will improve drastically.
