Especially considering that after 12-18 months of HRT they need to have beforehand, they are on the same level as cisgender women. There are rules in place to stop men from pretending to be women. They are identifying as genders different from their born gender. And it isn't causing problems. Yes. Trans people are being bullied. No one is “brainwashed” here. People aren't “creating 86 genders to feel special.” they just identify as a different gender than that they were born with.
