5	If the pay gap is largely accounted for by women's tendency to choose careers that pay less and take time off work due to pregnancy, and women are the only member in a heterosexual couple that is allowed to determine if a pregnancy goes to term...then why is the pay gap considered the doing of men? Most of this comment section is just straw (wo)men getting knocked down and riling up all of us reading this. We need to be calmer and more precise than them; we need to use actual arguments rather than screaming to each other about how much this injustice angers us. I agree, this is bullshit. However, we need to be the bigger people and rise above the blind hatred the other side can have for us. The worst part is (I'm assuming your friend hasn't been caught driving drunk) this woman is clearly a larger threat with her previous record and literal attempted murder and death threat against 14 year-olds.
