2	Crowded bar, how do you manage even the basic task of talking? There's no real magic trick or hack you can do to get her attention. You just have to get it initially. If she's at a bar she's going to be talking with her friends, dancing, generally looking around. At that point, when she looks your way, give her a smile. A nice small one, nothing toothy or creepy. Be ready to be rejected and girls just straight up walk away. HOWEVER, as a woman, I always let men know I was available to be talked to, danced with, flirted with, etc by constant eye contact. If a girl is looking at you and you're locking eyes with her a lot (just make sure you're not staring), approach her. She most likely wants to talk to you.
