You don't need to bring it up! That would just show her you're insecure about it. Like Cub1916 said, get over it. You have a good story and you're walking fine. She'll ask when the moment is right. I agree with calling is better than texting in principle, but I think that would backfire in this case. She's usually busy, and my guess is that it's more likely she won't pick up. Then what? There are many other explanations. Some that come to mind: damage from vigorous action, a temporary wrinkle in the skin, or various curable STDs. Basically, multiply these factors together: percent of population that has it, percent of time it is expressed/transmissible, and transmission rate when it is transmissible.
