The Onion has an editorial agenda, and that agenda is very clearly not in line with the MRM. Look at other commentaries that the Onion has done on race and gender. Also look at the line "the man born into the world’s most affluent and privileged socioeconomic group", which is certainly not the opposite of the truth (you can argue about the male part but not the white and living in the US part).
