Witness testimony that the person is making accusations out of spite or for monetary gain - texts or phone calls to that extent. Absence of physical evidence implicating the accused, while meaningless by itself, adds up when building a comprehensive case. (ie - it doesn't prove guilt, it just makes guilt more probable). If you falsely accuse somebody because you have mental health issues, probably stemming from sexual abuse, you probably should get probation and mandatory sessions with a shrink.
