A lot of the guys I train with are 6-6’2 and 180-200lbs and all looks massively ripped. It’s all about the muscle. Imho you don’t need to be any bigger than 200 at that height if you want to be lean and big (this is if you’re natty). I’d just focus on getting the protein in, eating veg and making sure your lifts improve. 190lbs can look massively different depending on body composition.
