2	MGTOW Cooking My personal favorite is a recipe handed down from an old friend I present "Shit on a Shingle" 1 lb hamburger meat 1-2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (depending on how saucy you like this) Rice Bread Cook your meat, add soup(s), simmer to thicken to desired consistency while making your rice.
