1	Pamela Smart got four boys to kill her husband nearly 29 years ago. Now, they're free. She isn't. I agree with everything but the cartel aspect as evident with what’s happening with Mexico. Without a powerful and controlling leader the ones at the bottom only get more violent and ambitious. Decades ago the narcos were far less violent but the days have since gone and now there are violent wars between the CJNG, CDS, CDG, etc and I would wager far less civilians and people in general would be dead if the cartel leaders of old were not dead or locked up.
