What's the opinion here of r/nofap?I'm not sure about some of it, but I've noticed that I'm more naturally confident, get more looks from women, and have more of a "hunter" mentality when I don't jack regularly. I think it's worth trying. I don't think an alpha should have to resort to porn or fapping given the number of women out there. | /r/askTRP | 03/04/16 03:22 PM
being alpha to women is exhausting. how long did it take for you guys to make it feel natural? My view is that being alpha is fun. It is basically being the boss wherever you go and whenever you choose. The way brain wiring works is that it will seem awkward and tough at first. Give it time and it will become more natural. That being said, relax and don't overthink everything. I doubt most players do that - they just turn on the confidence and charm and go for it. If you're worried about doing everything "right" you'll come across as uptight, which is never attractive. | /r/askTRP | 08/03/16 12:09 AM
How do you counter "You're short/too short" ?"Yep short and awesome" "You're too (mean, tall, snobby, old, etc) for my tastes but I'm making an exception to talk to you." (If she's taller) "I was meaning to ask you how the weather is up there." | /r/askTRP | 21/02/16 08:59 PM
The Truth About Height, And How to Game the System. At 5'6", I have rarely, if ever, encountered a true rejection because of my height since I started personality and physical self-improvement. In fact, I find that usually my height is how younger girls (18-21) who are really into me shit test me. I have an 18 year old I am kind of seeing (I am 33) and she is taller than I am by an inch. She of course made a slight shit test about it. I said if you keep bringing that up, I'm literally going to ask you "how's the weather up there?" every minute wh… | /r/TheRedPill | 19/02/16 03:52 PM
The Truth About Height, And How to Game the System.I used to think my short height was my issue as well, then I realized it was because I was overweight, boring, passive, and a white knight. Once I fixed all that suddenly I have women half my age into me. It funny how focusing on height gave me an excuse to ignore everything else. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/02/16 03:39 PM
The Trope of the Beta Male Married HusbandI agree completely. I see the victim as the woman who has to put up with a passive, boring, out-of-shape beta with a shit job who probably whines about his pathetic life. Just as I see a husband as a victim if his wife is a golddigging complainer who gained 100 pounds and can't bother to get out off the couch to even attempt to do a little work around the house. I don't know why so many people set up cheating as the ultimate evil, when in reality living with a repulsive person on a daily basis i… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 15/02/16 08:45 PM
The Trope of the Beta Male Married HusbandWhile I'll say some women are just going to cheat no matter what, I agree with this post. My theory is that women are so desperate to "nest" / "pair up" or whatever you want to call it, that they'll pair up with virtually anybody who isn't too horrible if the situation is right (and who shows them interest) just to be paired up. So, they end up pairing up with low value guys, or at guys who eventually become low value. Of course, that doesn't mean women suddenly stop becoming hypergamous, so the… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 15/02/16 01:52 PM
(FR) Experimented the Asshole Approach on Tinder, it got me nowhere.Nobody, including women, like assholes. Women love charming and confident guys who will often come across as "assholes." Asshole game works if you're charming and valuable. When a beta tries asshole game without the charm, he comes across as weak, bitter, and (even more) pathetic. If being angry toward women was attractive, every beta and omega neckbeard would have women after them. Learn charm first, then you can be an asshole. | /r/TheRedPill | 22/12/15 09:17 PM
I'm getting married tomorrow, and I don't have a lot of friends to share that withI always joke that it's unmarried twenty somethings who talk about how great marriage is. Actually married thirty and forty somethings know it sucks. | /r/TheRedPill | 31/07/15 01:09 PM
An open letter to GayLubeOil and anyone else who wants to monetize The Red PillI actually admire guys that can monetize. It beats working overtime for some corporation and making them rich. Yea, I may not buy (I likely won't) but I admire the attempt. There is nothing wrong with wanting to get paid for the value you give others. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/07/15 11:01 PM
Why the anger phase is incompatible with abundance mentalityImportant observations. I would add that guys in their anger phase should remember that women love charming and attractive assholes, not mean and bitter ones. I've not known a woman -or man - who wants to hang around someone who is constantly angry and outraged. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/07/15 02:51 AM
Why the anger phase is incompatible with abundance mentalityAgreed. It's very hard to be aloof and outcome independent when you're overcome with anger. The best thing I realized about women, after some anger phase, is that I shouldn't get worked up about them at all. Plus some red pill types forget that women love charming and attractive assholes, not mean and bitter assholes | /r/TheRedPill | 29/07/15 02:47 AM
Dominance is everything: Study shows bullies highest self esteem, social status, lowest rates of depressionThis is the same study I read. People at the top don't bully because they have no need to. It is only low men on the totem poll who have to bully. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/07/15 01:25 AM
Dominance is everything: Study shows bullies highest self esteem, social status, lowest rates of depressionYes but bullying is not the same as social dominance, at least not as far as I'm concerned. Yea I'll use humor, assertiveness, body language, etc, to be the alpha in a given situation. But I'm not going to pick on or tease a guy weaker than me. It gives me no benefit to do that. My status is secure, and I'm secure in it. If anything I try to win over betas. Why? I'm a leader. I'll take all the admirers and followers I can get. Betas want to follow somebody. Might as well be me. Perhaps this over… | /r/TheRedPill | 28/07/15 08:37 PM
Dominance is everything: Study shows bullies highest self esteem, social status, lowest rates of depressionThat's true, but that's not really bullying, since both parties understand it much differently. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/07/15 08:07 PM
Dominance is everything: Study shows bullies highest self esteem, social status, lowest rates of depressionBullying is a strategy for social dominance, but a bad one. It works, short term, I think. However, in the end, either the group, or an alpha with more emotional control will win, because people get sick of bullies. My observation, backed by some high school bullying research, is that bullying is a beta problem. Contrary to popular belief, bullying usually happens between guys with lower social status. It's an easy way for a beta to score a few dominance points by picking on someone even weaker. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/07/15 07:23 PM
Dominance is everything: Study shows bullies highest self esteem, social status, lowest rates of depressionI too read about testosterone making guys more relaxed. I believe it was mentioned in the men's health guide to sex. I have also read other research suggesting, like you mention, that bullying is a beta male thing, low status guys jockeying for power with other betas. Guys at the top have no need to pick on lower status guys. That is way too much effort when you are busy being successful. The biggest blowhards and bullies I've known were losers... They hated their jobs, had ugly girls, and only … | /r/TheRedPill | 28/07/15 07:13 PM
