I guess you are burned out & lonely friend. Why do you feel so defeated right now bro? Maybe an influencer guy in his 30s who overcome asthma might inspire you. When i used to feel lost and hopeless i would listen to jordan peterson video lectures. He would say life is hard and all....and somewhere in his words i would find solace to face life one day at a time reduce my time frame if coping with everyday life seemed difficult. I hope things fall in place for you!

Quit complaining and sayind idk if i can do it. Just choose something and give things a try. Sitting home and contemplating the best course of action wont do you any good. You seem like a person who has been avoidant most of his life, and unless you decide to change things it will stay the same way So just start somewhere. Do one thing with discipline, on a regular basis. Find a job that is bearable to you and you enjoy. Work on that. Or go to the gym, build some muscle, sweat, work hard and fee…
