I've had some experiences with a few crazies but that wasn't the issue. The issue was that both society and the western legal system has not properly accounted or acknowledged that fact that there will be times when BOTH genders will need protection from the opposite sex. That whole "cohabitation" clause was dead on arrival espcecially if she was aware of it. No reason to cohabit until marriage and if she did then there was no reason to tell you. It does helps to have your lawyer right up the agreement. Even though I am not going to go to court every time she violates something, the deal is good enough for me regardless.

There is a bias in the courts for women but at the same time many men know this as well and pretty much accept it. In fact many times men will be in a situation where they are the primary caretaker of the children but when it comes time for the divorce they give in too much thinking they have no shot of having sole custody.
