8	Theredpill and insecurity In my experience, and in some of the literature that I have read, self-knowledge leads to self-acceptance which leads to a sense of self-worth which is the basis of confidence. Exploring my past traumas and really getting to know myself has helped me tremendously. (Jordan Petersons Self-Authoring Suite is a great tool for this.)
