If the government isn't the will of the people, doesn't it deserve to be taken down? Are you talking about the amendment proposed with the bill of rights which would have pegged the house at 30,000 per rep?

You don't seem to know much about the South; I am guessing you didn't visit Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, the Carolinas, or Tennessee. I think there's only a couple of states that have it as a right in their governing document. I believe all of them were in the Western Hemisphere. Anyway, I'm curious about your interpretation of the Second Amendment because I probably have never heard any actual dissenting viewpoints. What do you believe the purpose of it was when it was written?
