I don't think luck has anything to do with it. Hard work matters. Also, you have to choose the right direction. That matters. But that is not luck. That takes research. I can say it from my experience. I was an electronics engineer because I like fiddling with computers and whatnots. But that didn't bring me much money. So, I found americans need softwares and they are too lazy to do the work. So, I learned coding. Here I am. Not wealthy, but definitely rich.

They are probably not vitamins. Almost all traditional pscychotic drugs cause sluggishness. Maybe they are medicines prescribed for you. Maybe for her. Go to a pscychiatric yourself and get checked if you have any issues. Plus taking vitamins for no reason is a recipe for disaster. Vitamin and mineral overdoses can even lead to death. All you have to do is to google the name of the drugs you find in house and you will hit somewhere.
