Hear me out science backs me up. Find out the week when your girlfriend is ovulating ramp up the cocky/sexy/playful alpha persona, have hot sex and for the love of god wear a condom. Long term relationships are about 3/4 beta 1/4 alpha, you definately have to tone it down a bit.

You've just described the tenants of inner game which is basically becoming a better you, a better man. The community has been banging on about this for a long long time.

Is 35 old? looks to me that men come in to their own in their 30s'. Just get out there and take advantage of legions of 28+ year old women with their biological clocks pounding at the door. Seduction is seduction the core tenants remain the same what ever your age.

Issues: If she's still married watch out for crazy husband. Hey maybe she will set it up, loves the drama. What happened when she got pregnant the last time, that's right she kept it. So make sure you wrap it before you pack it soldier. Personally I don't see single mums to many issues I don't want to deal with.

Playing to the wrong brain, I've had experience myself in the past. You think a woman wants you to act a certain way and she will even express this to you, so you pander to this all the while the hind brain is craving the guy that treats her like shit. The paradox of women and relationships and in my mind one of the most important facets of game, if not the most important realisation . I wish I hadn't learnt this the hard way.

When you take a leak stop the flow of urine the muscle that contracts is the pc muscle. What you want to do is exercise this everyday by doing reps of squeezes say 3x20 quick squeezes 5x5 5 5 second squeezes. Doing these exercises diligently can help combat premature ejaculation. There's loads of info online search for Kegel exercises.

Masters don't need negs ? I found that jarring. I'm pretty sure even 'masters' keep them in their repertoire except they use them masterfully.

Reads like it came from the hand of Tom Leykis. If you strip away the cynicism and ignore the bitter edge this is solid advice for any young man. I think people get too caught up in the 'hollywood' dream of love and relationships.. a cold dose of reality is often viewed with revulsion but trust me it is healthy. Relationships are fucking hard and there are so many pitfalls, both sides need to start out with the best odds. So be picky, have standards. It's an insurance policy. Doesn't mean you ha…

I think it can make a difference. On one hand you have people out there like roosh who just rock up with with a tshirt and jeans but as others have mentioned women do like a sharp dressed man. More importantly dressing well can give a confidence boost (don't let it be a crutch). It doesn't have to be expensive, one good tip I'd like to pass on is find a good cheapish tailor. Go in with your measurements and get them to take in your shirts etc. That way you can get a clean sharp tailored look for…

I may be off base but hasn't there been a shift from core game principles towards inner game? The shift towards inner game seems like it could be a result of this percieved empty exsistence PUA's like this chap have been leading. If he had his head screwed on first he still would of gained a useful and healthy set of tools with out being self destructive.

I do believe women are hypergamous, it's only natural that they should be searching for the best mate so you would be a fool to not keep an eye on your relationship and partner. There are other factors involved beside loyalty though, financial security, stable home for offspring also women hit the wall a lot sooner than guys. Its harder for a woman 30+ to bag some hot guy than a nubile 24 year old.

Its funny I was literally reading a post on this before I came here http://www.bakadesuyo.com/5-things-you-didnt-know-about-infidelity seems on the money from my experience. 1) Women who wear the pants in the relationship are more likely to cheat 2) An imbalance in education increases the chance of cheating 3) Jobs have a lot to do with whether people have an affair etc worth a read

I dunno because in her eyes your value went up? By pushing them away you are acting aloof and indifferent, so her attraction goes up. Now they will try and qualify themselves to you... some say the trick is to always keep this dynamic going with women.
