I was agreeing with you guy and making fun of the title. Jesus Christ.

I like how she didn't say "this isn't r/domesticviolence (or whatever sub is equivalent)" because that would implicate the girl too. And then she goes on to say "sexist comments will be removed" while deleting an entire, relevant, engaged post of two people of two different sexes hit each other because one sex hit back. Then people in the comments to say "he should be man enough to walk away" while 1) what happened to equality and toxic masculinity? And 2) Why is the onus on him to walk away? Be…

lol I was in school right when Facebook came out and it was limited to college kids. So I thought sure I'll just be my college self, no one can see it. And I was at a small school and new half the people there already so it just seemed natural to me at the time to post pics of us chugging beers and smoking blunts. Then they gave access out to everyone. My grandparents found out, told my parents and my parents said "the whole family thinks you're a druggie now". We had no way of knowing back then…

I was a fucking immature idiot in college. The only thing that changed was that I had no parents to reel me in so I was probably much worse than in high school. I look back on some of my FB posts from then and I'm like, "Jesus Christ."

Lol I desperately want to take Judo or BJJ for that reason. I know it's too late to learn wrestling but once someone is on the ground, unless they're an MMA fighter, it's over.

As someone that made the mistake of fighting a wrestler in high school, getting body slammed into the pavement can and will knock you out and possibly even break some bones in the process

I wouldn't go to Russia right now even without drugs. This Level 4 Travel Advisory is chilling. I don't even think you can fly there right now out of the US, possibly even most NATO countries. You have to take a car or bus in if you're American. And you can bet your ass if they don't make up a reason to arrest you they will follow you with secret police and bug your room.

States that list people taking a public piss on the sex offender registry are fucking absurd. Thank god my state didn't have that law. Pissing outside bars was pretty commonplace where I grew up. It's still a ticketable offense but being put on a sex offender's list is just absolutely crazy. 21 year old college kid takes a drunk piss. Not cool but not a sexual predator. Life ruined. So fucking stupid and sad.

There is a reason only the DM is covering it. Google the topic matter. There is no other mainstream source that touch this on the first page of results because "male sex discrimination". Go ahead, try googling it. See how all the other search results are random blogs? "All media sources are biased" is correct. The ones considered "least biased" are biased based on selective reporting. The fact that none of them cover this is selective reporting. Even with an incognito search. If this very incide…

Jesus Christ. That's a whole other incident. It just goes to show how common this is and how little it's reported on. Media outlets are terrified to go against the #MeToo thing and IIRC the House of Commons laughed and mocked someone that tried to bring a bill that would address malicious false rape allegations and the consequences they cause the victim for the rest of their lives. Can't even find either of those articles now. What a coincidence. The one I'm talking about was a nerdy-ttpe freshm…

Remember the Aziz Ansari incident? Now consider what would happen without an expensive lawyer and PR team. And he still got dragged through the coals on Twitter. Until it came out he was incident. No apologies, just silence. But yeah, believe all women.

Put them on the sex offender list too. Let them experience the full ramifications as a man that gets accused of rape. I don't wish prison abuse on anyone but sex offenders are also considered the worst of the worst in prisons and frequently get assaulted or raped. Multiple times. And often have to be out in PC units. Of course she won't have to deal with that.

Remember that nerdy super shy kid in college a few years back that got accused of rape, turned out to be a virgin, got expelled (IIRC) from his college without any trial, and ended up committing suicide?

Women who accuse men falsy of rape should face the same fucking penalties men face of actual rape, if not more so, because in this country/jurisdiction's case, men are automatically arrested and considered guilty until proven innocent. They should be put in a sex offender list too. I don't think people understand how often this happens, how easy it is to happen, and how much it devastates an innocent man's life. Being arrested can mean getting fired from your job, and even if proven innocent, ca…

This is the first time I've seen someone mocked for having a source. Also, just so I follow your train if thought, because an (archaic) law says women can't rape men because in your country rape is defined as (and in the UK from a source way back, female politicians jumped on, mocked, And belittled the argument than men being raped should be considered equal to women being raped), then women should be believed more on accusations than women? What the actual fuck? If you mean men shouldn't be bel…

Women making false rape claims should be put in prison for the same amount of time a rapist is put in prison for and they should be put in the sex offender registry. Want to ruin a man's life for no reason? You should have to pay the same fucking price, at minimum.

I'm wondering who the fuck subscribes to the OF of someone like that. If she is making money off OF it must be incredibly easy to do. If only, me, a dude, didn't want to worry about having my future career affected and my nudes all over the internet

So why not charge her with both? They can still find her not guilty of attempted murder but guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Isn't that what most DAs do? At least if the defendant is a man, especially a black man?

Wouldn't be surprised. That's the case on pretty much every social media platform and even news article ever. We read how many articles a day about men being misogynist, not paying child support, being abusers, etc. I can't think of anything other than the rare article posted on this sub that covers the same thing about women, and the article is usually very short. I've seen way more cries of rape when women cheat on their boyfriends, get called promiscuous, etc firsthand than instances of rape.…

Well and the fact that sexism by default only refers to women is another sign. And Reddit's enforcement of what they would consider hate speech or sexist speech in subreddits for men don't even get looked at twice in the subreddits for women like 2xC and FDS. Pretty sure the male equivalent to FDS got shut down months or years ago for exactly the same type of content.

I mean, Reddit refuses to apply the same rules and moderation to a degree even close to any of the male equivalents. They often spew straight up bile that would be an insta-ban for someone posting that in a male sub.

Now they just need to remove her as ambassador for the ACLU for women's rights and we'll be getting somewhere.

It's finally starting to blow back in their faces. I belong to a few leftist meme subs on FB and they are finally starting to realize that "believe all women" and blanket "women right men wrong" mentality is blowing up in their faces. I also can't reconcile how people want society to be genderless and then argue different genders have different rights. Like fucking pick one.

That doesn't sound right. I couldn't go to Canada for 10 years after my DWI (it wasn't even a DWI, it was a DWAI, which is legally just a traffic violation) and Canada is actually more strict about letting our drunk drivers in than vice versa. Also in NY I'm pretty sure it's a 10 year minimum for vehicular manslaughter while drunk. Not saying your SIL's killer didn't get 4 months, and I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm just saying, in the US without some legal loophole or lack of evidence it would …

That's a good question, and it's a very complicated answer. I don't even know the full answer to that. The short answer is that it completely depends on the state, your case, and your attorney. In at least 21 states, you're not guaranteed any compensation whatsoever. I have to imagine that it also depends on if someone bore false witness against you, or if a jury wrongfully convicted you on not enough evidence, or if the evidence was tainted. I've heard of people serving decades and getting noth…

The guy was on track to be an NFL athlete. He played preseason with the Atlanta Falcons, but wasn't good enough to play during the season as too much time had passed in prison. So this girl robbed this man of his freedom, mental health, full ride scholarship to USC, and an NFL career.
